"I inquired with Ryan's office on a Monday, after 5pm. Within 30-minutes, I received an email back from him to schedule a phone call with me for the next day for a quote. Ryan was very thorough to go through the new policy quote, explaining line by line what each level of coverage meant. Not to mention, he's nice! Receiving great communication as a consumer means A LOT!

For context, I am moving from TN to IL. I've been a State Farm customer since 2010 or so. I wanted to keep that relationship and stick with what I know. After a little research prior to talking with Ryan, I was expecting to hear my auto insurance would increase by at least $100/mo and the policy transfer would be a "process". But with Ryan's help, I was able to keep my premium low (like within dollars of what I pay in TN!!) and future-date the activation of the policy once I officially move. The entire process was seamless and super easy!

"My experience with Tyler and Ryan from State Farm was extremely disappointing due to their rude behavior and lack of professionalism. They spoke without thinking and showed no patience in listening to my comments or concerns.

A suggestion for improvement: be polite and avoid using inappropriate language. If you cannot assist, simply state that instead of behaving poorly. There are many other agents available, and it’s easy for customers to switch providers.

Just an FYI, your team was so focused on shouting and using bad language that they never took the time to understand that my car was hit by someone else, which increased the premium by the other driver. It’s crucial to develop the habit of listening to clients.

Both Tyler and Ryan need proper training from State Farm to better support clients. This is a service industry, and listening to clients' questions and concerns should be a priority. I expect an apology call for their behavior. I strongly recommend that State Farm conducts training programs for these agents to improve their communication with clients.
